This happens to be my web site.
Just wanted to comment that I took Brian’s basic Real Estate theme and made MANY additions to the CSS — including widening the page, adding a second drop-down menu to include active links to current properties (Brian’s original theme has a simple WP Page that has links to the active listings), and many other small tweaks.
I’ve also added many widgets to improve the overall layout and design of the listings themselves. Before rating this site, please take a look at the listings pages to see how I’ve incorporate NextGEN Gallery and some other nice add-ons to make a very interactive experience for the user.

Thanks for your comment. It’s clear that you’ve put a lot of work into customising the website, and if I were anywhere near Minneapolis I’d definitely use your site as a valuable resource for finding a place to rent.
